My journey into fitness began after multiple sports injuries in high school, including a torn labrum. Taking control of my own recovery sparked a deep interest in movement, rehabilitation, and how the body truly works. That experience led me to study pre-med and work alongside orthopedic and physical therapy teams, where I saw how proper movement and education can change lives.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked with people of all backgrounds, focusing on patience, honesty, and identifying root causes—not just symptoms. I created 3ZZZ Fitness to remove limitations and build an environment centered on intentional movement, quality coaching, and long-term progress.
